Westcoast Outbuildings Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to make Proposal ("NOI") on September 11, 2019 and McEown and Associates Ltd. was appointed as Trustee.  The Notice to Creditors of Filing the Notice of Intention can be found below.

 

The Company made a voluntary assignment in bankruptcy on  September 30, 2019 and the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy ("OSB") issued a Certificate of Appointment on October 1, 2019 and McEown and Associates Ltd. was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy.
