Olympic Distributors Ltd. (the "Company") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal ("NOI") on July 10, 2025, and McEown and Associates Ltd. was appointed as Trustee. The Certificate of Filing of an NOI and the Notice to Creditors of Filing the Notice of Intention can be found below.

On September 18, 2025, the Proposal Trustee filed a Supplemental Report updating the Court on Olympic Distributors Ltd.’s efforts to finalize a $950,000 sale of its assets to OD International Ltd. The Report confirmed the Company is meeting its obligations, outlined progress toward an Asset Purchase Agreement, and recommended extending the stay of proceedings to October 31, 2025 to allow the transaction to be completed.

On September 18, 2025, Olympic Distributors Ltd. filed a Notice of Application seeking Court approval to extend the stay of proceedings and the time to file a proposal to October 31, 2025, to allow completion of the proposed $950,000 asset sale to OD International Ltd.

On September 18, 2025, an Affidavit of Olympic’s Assistant Manager was filed in support of the proposed $950,000 sale of the Company’s assets to OD International Ltd. The Affidavit outlines Olympic’s prior efforts to market the assets, the absence of viable third-party offers, and the basis for pursuing the transaction with OD International Ltd.

On September 22, 2025, the British Columbia Supreme Court granted an Order extending the stay of proceedings and the time for Olympic Distributors Ltd. to file a proposal to October 31, 2025. The Order also abridged service of the Notice of Application and confirmed that all interested parties were properly notified.
