PR Construction Ltd. (the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal (“NOI”) with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (“OSB”) on May 6, 2019 and McEown and Associates Ltd. was appointed as Trustee in the NOI proceedings.  The Notice to Creditors of Filing of the Notice of Intention can be found below.

 

On June 5, 2019, the Company filed a Proposal to its Creditors.  The Notice to Creditors of Filing of the Proposal can be found below.

The Amended Proposal was approved at the First Meeting of Creditors held on June 26, 2019. 

 

On July 31, 2019, the  Court granted an Order approving the Proposal.  A copy of this order is available below.
