On August 3, 2023, the Court granted an Order appointing McEown and Associates Ltd. as Receiver of Red Buffalo 8655 Holdings Ltd. Copies of the Court Order appointing the Receiver and related documents are available below.

On November 10, 2023 the Receiver made an application to the court to approve a sale of the property, the relevant documents are available below. 

​

On December 8, 2023 the Receiver made an application to court for direction on the distribution of the sale proceeds should the sale be approved by the court.
