EzTix Event Ticketing Inc. (the "Company") filed a Notice of Intention to make Proposal ("NOI") on November 30, 2020 and McEown and Associates Ltd. was appointed as Trustee. The Notice to Creditors of Filing the Notice of Intention can be found below.
On December 29, 2020, the Company filed a Proposal to its creditors. A copy of the Certificate of Filing a Proposal and the Creditor Package is available below.
The First Meeting of Creditors was held on January 19, 2021 at 2:00PM. At the request of the creditors, the first meeting was adjourned to February 25, 2021 at 2:00PM (Vancouver time). A copy of the Notice to Creditors of Reconvened First Meeting is available below.
The reconvened First Meeting of Creditors held on February 25, 2021 at 2:00PM was adjourned to March 18, 2021 at 2:00PM at the request of the creditors.
The second reconvened First Meeting of Creditors held on March 18, 2021 at 2:00PM was adjourned to April 1, 2021 at 2:00PM at the request of the creditors.
The third reconvened First Meeting of Creditors held on April 1, 2021 at 2:00PM was adjourned to April 29, 2021 at 2:00PM at the request of the creditors.
The fourth reconvened First Meeting of Creditors was held on April 29, 2021 at 2:00PM and the creditors refused the Proposal filed by the Company. As such, the Company was deemed to have made an assignment in bankruptcy and the the First Meeting of Creditors in the bankruptcy was held on April 29, 2021.
