Conian Developments Inc. ("Conian"), Conian Developments (La Voda) Inc. ("La Voda"), Conian Developments (La Voda II) Inc. ("La Voda II "), and FLII Construction Ltd. ("FLII"), collectively known as the "Companies," filed Notices of Intention on June 9, 2020 and McEown and Associates Ltd. was appointed as Trustee. The Certificate of Filing on an NOI and the Notices to Creditors of Filing the Notice of Intention can be found below.

Due to the Company’s failure to file a Proposal by the July 9, 2020 deadline, the Company was deemed to have made an Assignment in Bankruptcy on July 10, 2020 and McEown and Associates Ltd. was appointed as Trustee. Copies of the Certificate of Assignment, the Creditor Package and the creditor list are available below.

On March 9, 2022, the Trust sent Notices to Creditors of Second Meeting to be held on March 17, 2022 at 9:30am to vote on the substitution of McEown and Associates Ltd. by BDO Canada Limited as Trustee in the matter of the bankruptcies of the Companies. A copy of the Trustee's Second Report to Creditors dated March 15, 2022 can be found below.

At a meeting of creditors held on March 17, 2022, BDO Canada Limited substituted McEown and Associates Ltd. as Trustee in the matter of the bankruptcies of the Companies.
