JDH Ecoservice Ltd.  filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal (“NOI”) June 5, 2019 and McEown and Associates Ltd. was appointed as Trustee.  The Notice to Creditors of Filing of the Notice of Intention can be found below.

The Company was unable to file a Proposal within the time-frame allowed and the Company was deemed to have made an Assignment in Bankruptcy on July 8, 2019.
